Deposit limits

Choose how much you can deposit over a day, week or month. Reaching the limit prevents additional deposits for the rest of that period. A lower limit applies straight away. Under our international terms, raising or removing a limit requires a 24-hour wait.

Session reminders

Outside Sweden, support can arrange a reminder for your chosen session length. Email us to reduce the limit immediately or to request an increase or removal, which takes seven days.

The hourly reality check shows your wins and losses. Auto-spin, live tables and externally hosted games can delay reminders.

Short breaks

A time-out can last 24 hours, seven days, or one, two or three months. You cannot log in during the break, end it early or create another account. Newsletters stop for the duration.

Self-exclusion

Choose six, twelve, eighteen or twenty-four months, or an exclusion without an end date. You cannot reopen the account early or create a new one while excluded. Outside Sweden, accounts with a fixed exclusion period reactivate when that period finishes.

You can ask support to block you even if you have never registered.
